1 General Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the fry999 platform and its users ("you" or "member"). fry999 operates an online betting and casino service for users in Bangladesh.
These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and operate under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered the authoritative text.
1.1 Scope of the Platform
The fry999 platform includes sports betting, live casino, slot games, poker and other online gaming services. The platform is designed for entertainment purposes only.
1.2 Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to the fry999 website, mobile version and any related services. By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
2 Account Registration
To create an account on fry999, you must provide accurate and complete information. Creating an account with false information is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation.
2.1 One Account Policy
Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, device, IP address or payment method is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
fry999 may request documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary account suspension. Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete.
2.3 Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
3 Age Requirements
The fry999 platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Allowing minors to use this platform is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.
fry999 may request a national identity card or other government-issued document for age verification. If it is found that a user is under 21, their account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
fry999 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for all payment methods). There is no maximum deposit limit, however additional verification may be required for large transactions.
Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source only. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — the depositor and the account holder must be the same person.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method and to the same account used for the deposit.
- KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus balance can be withdrawn.
- fry999 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal if suspicious activity is suspected.
- Withdrawals may be delayed due to technical or payment gateway issues.
4.3 Currency
All transactions on fry999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
5 Bonuses and Promotions
fry999 offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, which are described in detail on the relevant promotions page.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times). Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
Any attempt at bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or using calculated betting patterns — may result in account cancellation.
5.3 VIP Program
fry999 has 5 VIP tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), Platinum (up to 1.2%) and Diamond (up to 1.5%). Full details on VIP tier progression will be communicated separately.
5.4 Bonus Expiry
Each bonus has a set expiry period. If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activities on fry999 are conducted according to specific rules. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play.
6.1 Bet Validity
Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. fry999 reserves the right to make corrections in cases where odds or outcomes were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
6.2 Maximum Win Limit
A maximum win limit per single transaction may apply to certain games or betting markets. The applicable limit will be stated on each game's page.
6.3 Sports Betting
For sports betting, match results will be determined based on the official announcement of the organization governing the match. In any disputed case, fry999's decision is final.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fry999 platform:
- Fraudulent activity, use of software bots or automated methods.
- Using funds from illegal sources on the platform (money laundering).
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Deliberately exploiting any technical error in the platform.
- Bet-exchanging or colluding with other members.
- Attempting to attack the platform's servers or network.
Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account cancellation and the balance may be forfeited.
8 Account Suspension and Cancellation
fry999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently cancel an account in the following circumstances:
- If these terms and conditions are violated.
- If identity verification is not completed.
- If fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Upon order from a court or law enforcement authority.
- At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
8.1 Voluntary Account Closure
Any member may close their account at their own discretion. To do so, notify the support team via live chat or email. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
